FEXOFENADINE IS AN ANTIHISTAMINE USED TO RELIEVE ALLERGY SYMPTOMS SUCH AS WATERY EYES, RUNNY NOSE, ITCHING EYES/NOSE, SNEEZING, HIVES, AND ITCHING. IT WORKS BY BLOCKING A CERTAIN NATURAL SUBSTANCE (HISTAMINE) THAT YOUR BODY MAKES DURING AN ALLERGIC REACTION.
| instructions | •Adults and adolescents of 12 years and older. •The recommended dose is one tablet (180 mg) daily. adults under the age of 65 and children aged 6 years and over. For hay fever - the usual dose for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 120mg once a day. The usual dose for children aged 6 to 11 years is 30mg twice a day. In this case, try to space the doses 10 to 12 hours apart. For hives - the usual dose for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 180mg once a day. |
