Gaviscon Advance Contains Double The Concentration Of Sodium Alginate Of Gaviscon Original So Forms A Stronger, More Resilient 'Raft'. Gaviscon Advance Liquid Does Not Contain Sugar Or Gluten And Can Be Taken During Pregnancy Or Breastfeeding.
